We’re super excited to welcome Debbie to the Sydney team today.

Debbie has been working on the web since table layouts were a thing and most recently spent 4 years as a product manager with a startup. She has a real depth of experience that’s unique to technical recruiting and we’re lucky to have her on board.

Debbie has taken a leap in her career to go from a technical team to technical recruiting. Everybody else here at Lookahead has taken the same journey so there’s plenty of support to get her up and running. :)

You’ll see Debbie around the web community as well as at RubyConf this week experimenting with her shiny new Fuji X-T10.
