The first ReactConf AU was a huge success. Congrats to our pals at Thinkmill who worked hard on this, and to Debra and Kym for providing much needed adult supervision.

I was part of the organising committee, sharing ideas from the amazing Australian tech conferences I’ve attended over many years. Couldn’t help but recruit a few sponsors and a speaker too ;)

Over two days, the Lookahead Search team wore many hats. Simeon and Debbie covered our sponsors booth, Shaila was representing MusesJS and Kat lead the volunteers.

The community is thriving so we we managed to sell out and we got lucky with the weather. Feeling very grateful for how everything turned out. It’s been quite the ride and I’m still catching up.
