Lookahead turned 12 this month 🎉 Over a decade in tech recruitment, we’ve seen a thing or two. Here are some key insights and thoughts from our team.

🎢 The market can go up or down at any moment. Ride the waves and focus on your inputs.
🫱 Help with no expectations, it has a funny way of returning.

✅ Do the thing: In 2015 a General Assembly grad friend felt like they got to programming too late. They’re a senior now.
💪 Do difficult work with fun people, not the other way around.
🐌 Small but consistent efforts over infrequent Herculean efforts.
🫶 Kindness counts.
🛣 Run at a sustainable pace. Any race car driver will tell you smooth is fast.
💳 Pay your debts early (especially diversity debt).
