This is a varied one. You’ll help keep the business running smoothly day to day, you’ll help tell our story through content and social media, and you’ll represent us out in Sydney’s tech community. What you’ll do
Own inbound enquiries - Be the first point of contact for new business enquiries, qualifying opportunities and routing them to the right person on the team so nothing sits idle.
Keep the engine running - Maintain our CRM and support the recruitment team with the day-to-day operational tasks that keep the business moving smoothly.
Build our content presence - Own our LinkedIn, newsletter and blog, turning client stories, candidate wins and market insights into content people actually want to read.
Represent Lookahead in the community - Get out to Sydney tech meetups and events as a genuine, active participant, building real relationships across the startup and engineering community.
Who we’re looking for
- Someone naturally organised who likes keeping things on track
- A confident, engaging writer - you don’t need a journalism degree, just the ability to write like a human
- Comfortable meeting new people and making a great first impression
- Curious about technology, startups, and the people building them
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next
- Happy wearing a few different hats in a growing business
Background in recruitment, customer success, marketing, operations, community, sales support, or a startup environment would all be useful - but honestly, attitude matters more than your CV.
