Senior Project Coordinator (contract)
Other Brisbane Permanent $700/day – $850/day
Join a major federal government ICT transformation program and take ownership of project governance from day one.
The role
A federal government agency is mid-way through a significant ICT transformation - digitising core services at national scale. As Senior Project Coordinator, you will own the governance and coordination workstream: producing project plans, risk registers and executive papers, managing stakeholder engagement across technical teams and senior leadership, and keeping delivery on track through rigorous planning and reporting.
About you
- Active Baseline security clearance required
- Proven experience coordinating IT programs in a government context - planning, scheduling, risk and reporting
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and bridging technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong written communication - you’ve owned government project artefacts from scratch
- Applied agile delivery experience and familiarity with government procurement
- Proficiency in using IT tools to maintain project/program records and information (e.g. MS Suite, Azure DevOps etc).
The offer
- Rate: ~$700-$850/day
- Contract through to 30 June 2027
- Hybrid working across QLD, ACT or VIC offices
