Fast-growing global tech company seeks Engineering Manager in Sydney to lead a small team, build global systems & code. Hybrid, CBD office.
About the job
This fast-growing global tech company is expanding its engineering presence in Sydney and we’re helping them find an Engineering Manager. You’ll be leading a small team focused on building complex, large-scale global systems, as well as writing code and shipping features. Office is in the Sydney CBD and the team works from home 2 days per week.
About You:
- You are a highly technical engineering leader who still enjoys being on the tools.
- You have strong experience in architecting and building scalable applications, and are able to guide your team in following engineering best practices.
- You have strong experience coaching and growing software engineers on your team.
- You are product and user-centric and know how to find the balance between engineering and business trade offs.
