The role
In this role, you’ll be part of a successful B2B SaaS company. As an Engineering Manager, your focus will be on people management and project delivery. You’ll foster a culture of mentoring and coaching, and continue to refine processes and engineering practice. Our tech stack is React, Node, Typescript, and on AWS. People in the company are smart, passionate and care about good engineering practices. Our office is based near Central station and the team works from the office 2 days per week
About you
You have commercial experience as an engineering manager, ideally in a startup / scale up. You have strong experience in building scalable microservices, and are able to guide your team in following engineering best practices. Most importantly, you are are team player and are happy to celebrate success and deal with issues as a team.**
