The role

You'll be developing features using Ruby on Rails, while working alongside team members who empower each other. You'll be given the freedom and space to build things the right way. About you
You have commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails. You are curious and like to understand the business problem you're trying to solve before diving into the code. You enjoy collaborating with people and are happy to help team members out.
