The role
An established product company in the music industry are looking to bring on Staff Engineer to help shape the direction of their technology and serve as a trusted technical leader. You'll be responsible for architecting and evolving critical systems and ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
About you
You are a product engineer with experience as a:
- technical leader, acting as force multiplier;
- mentor fostering continuous improvement;
- collaborator between product, design and engineering leadership;
- technical strategist and architect;
- Python/Django software engineer with large scale experience - designing & optimising large scale APIs, ability to improve a mature complex codebase, and handle high traffic applications.
- An attractive salary + equity, starting from $200k base + super
- Work from home anywhere in Australia
