About you
We’re looking for someone who

  • Is an experienced engineering manager, ideally has worked at a startup / scale up
  • Has experience working with large scale 
  • Use their experience with Swift and iOS to make good technically-grounded decisions
  • Be hands-on - engineering will be 40-60% of the role
  • Deliver feedback and take part in reviews and performance management
  • Lead, coordinate and align engineering functions
  • Work closely with design to help plan and organize development of features to improve sustainability and efficiency in our development process
