About you
We’re looking for someone who
- Is an experienced engineering manager, ideally has worked at a startup / scale up
- Has experience working with large scale
- Use their experience with Swift and iOS to make good technically-grounded decisions
- Be hands-on - engineering will be 40-60% of the role
- Deliver feedback and take part in reviews and performance management
- Lead, coordinate and align engineering functions
- Work closely with design to help plan and organize development of features to improve sustainability and efficiency in our development process
