The role 
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and support our growing team of engineers. We’re looking for a leader who can scale our engineering processes, maintain a high-performance culture, and nurture talent. You'll have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in construction tech.


About you
You have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 5 years in software development, and 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with cloud computing, and web technologies
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
The offer
  • Work with a product-led team with talented designers and product managers. 
  • Work from the Melbourne office at least 3 days a week.
  • Competitive salary, up to $200k base + super.
