In this role, you will be joining a successful product company that's used by some of the biggest brands around the world. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and support our growing team of engineers. We’re looking for an experienced leader who can scale our engineering processes, maintain a high-performance culture, and nurture talent.
About you
We’re looking for someone who
- Is an experienced engineering manager, ideally has worked at a startup / scale up
- Has experience building large scale web applications
- Has a high degree of empathy and knows how to create an inclusive environment
- Has experience in establishing effective development and delivery processes, and understands how to improve the way team works together
- Can provide technical guidance to our engineering team and unafraid to jump into the codebase when required
