The role
As an IT manager, you'll work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, and provide excellent end-user support.
You will:
- Manage devices and onboarding/offboarding staff
- Troubleshoot corporate IT, e.g. network performance issues
- Configure corporate cloud services
- Plan/implement improvements to IT infrastructure e.g. security systems and network upgrades.
About you
You'll have:
- Proven experience in IT management
- Experience with networking (routers, VPNs, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience with enterprise software configuration (SAML SSO, IdPs, SCIM, PKI, audit logging)
- Organisational processes in a compliance environment (PCI DSS, HIPAA, IRAP, SOC 2)
- Corporate device management (Apple Business Manager, MDMs, inventory management systems)
- Must be Sydney-based
