Many of our roles are hired on a contingency basis, with Lookahead as the exclusive recruiter. Each technical recruiter takes on a small workload so they can give our clients the focus they deserve. Quality over quantity is one of our five values.
We specialise in hiring for software teams, particularly engineers and product folk. Many of our team have been developers or product managers so we have empathy for the job, a sharp eye for what great looks like, and strong existing networks.

We often find the right candidate initially, but if not, we're prepared to reassess the role and our approach, and then try again. Getting these critical hires right is our priority.
Closing
