Wanted to call out the incredible work of Sox and Simeon as we finish up a big round of hiring for Sendle.
Sendle raised their $20m Series B and needed to double their engineering team quickly. All while retaining their very high technical bar and unwavering focus on values fit.
Lookahead were retained, went on-site part-time and were responsible for the entire funnel of candidates like an internal recruiter would be.
7 months on, it’s great to look back and celebrate. This was a big deal for everyone involved, and a leap of faith. Being on-site meant we were able to add more value and be more responsive. We gained more empathy for the work talent acquisition teams do and are a better agency thanks to that experience.
Keep an eye out for a case study. We’ll talk about how we helped define a hiring strategy, rolled out assessment rubrics for each role, trained interviewers and managed a large funnel of candidates while ensuring they had a great experience. There should be some fun data in the case study, too. :)
