Today is G’s last day, after 5 years with us at Lookahead Search. When she joined it was just Martin Kelly and I in a small room in The Rocks.
Chief of Staff is the closest I can come to an appropriate job title. She’s been pivotal in helping us grow to 8 people across Sydney and Melbourne. She’s the architect of our induction program, training program, parental leave policy, recruiter stats and basically anything that makes us a grown up organisation. G’s a friend, coach and cool head when assorted items are hitting fans.

G’s taking some time off to travel and will eventually decide what’s next (you’d be super lucky to have her on your team 😉). We can’t wait to see where you land, G, and massively appreciate having you around for half a decade!
