About Us:
We're a talented, motivated and diverse team striving to solve cutting edge and interesting problems that make a real impact on the graphic design space. You'll have space to grow and progress your skills in a company that believes in sustainable growth and investing in the team.

We are an equal opportunity employer who values diversity at our company. We're committed to improving diversity within our company and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Our company works in small teams, because we've found that's how people are most productive. We invest a lot on internal training sessions and everyone has their own budget for conference attendances. We support and encourage contributions to open source; we aim to strengthen the shoulders on which we stand. We provide regular R&D days to let you really unleash your creativity, run with new ideas and push the boundaries.

Our company has offices all around the world, is backed financially by some of the biggest tech investors around and brings in over 4,000,000 visitors to our site every single month.

About You:
You already have a decent commercial history building Ruby on Rails apps at scale (exposure to Go or PHP is not necessary, but we'll consider it a plus) - we don't care exactly how many years you've been working with Rails, as long as you are able to hit the ground running. You love to give input and take charge of the development of new product features and iterations. You've preferably dabbled with some Javascript (particularly React) in the past, and you find you work best with Agile work practices.

The Offer:
  • A competitive salary that reflects your experience and knowledge
  • An inclusive team that puts value on a healthy work life balance
  • Convenient inner-city location, just a couple of minutes walk from Richmond Train Station
  • Have real technical influence and impact on the future of the product
  • A supportive and helpful team environment, where the main focus is on the customer experience
  • Be part of a motivated and passionate team that truly believes in the company goals.

I'm a technical recruiter who is actually technical. I've had a lot of experience working in tech companies, and understand what people look for in a good team. I'm all about connecting great people with awesome opportunities. Even if this role isn't quite right for you, but you are passionate about all things Ruby, I'd love to hear from you.
