THE ROLE
We are after a Lead Front End Developer who can help us unify the front end architecture across our products. You'll start off working in a small cross-functional team for one of products first, and eventually work on strategies to implement a scalable front end framework across the company. Technology wise, we use Sass and Angular on the front end, and Ruby and Java on the backend.

ABOUT YOU
You have experience with building applications using modular CSS methodologies such as BEM / OOCSS / SMACSS. You understand the complexity around large-scale CSS and have experience in Sass, LESS or other pre-processors. You are pragmatic about decision making and are able to justify your decisions with reasons. Experience with JavaScript (Angular, React) is a nice bonus.

THE OFFER
  • Ownership of the front end standard
  • Experienced tech leads and developers in the company you can bounce ideas off with
  • Our CTO loves CSS so you'll definitely have someone in the company who'll appreciate it :)

I'm a technical recruiter who is actually technical. I've had a lot of experience working in tech companies, and understand what people look for in a good team. I'm passionate about connecting great people with awesome opportunities. If this role isn't quite right for you but you are passionate about all things development in front end, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails, I would still love to hear from you.
