Most people at Lookahead Search are here in their first recruiting role. They've worked in software teams and decided to take on a more people focused role. We have software engineers, system administrators, project managers and agile coaches. They've taken their prior experience and gone on to do amazing work for our clients.
You won't have to make cold calls. Promise.
We're lucky that all our work comes via word of mouth. From day one you'll have software development roles to hire with clients we love working with. They're usually companies who are building their own products, rather than digital agencies.
Day-to-day you'll use your technical background to identify great places to work and match them with talented developers. You'll get involved in technical communities that you're interested in and contribute in a meaningful way.
It's a relaxed office environment with a supportive, diverse team who love to share their knowledge. There's flexibility to work from home, we usually do one day a week.
You'll be supplied with your choice of high end computer, a tablet, and your mobile phone is covered. We never skimp on technology :)
